Regional Maintenance Manager - Truck Fleet Management

_ Miller Truck Leasing _ is looking to hire a Regional Maintenance Manager for New England to support ongoing growth throughout the region. The Regional Maintenance Manager _position can live anywhere within the territory_ _ though will require regular travel to the diesel maintenance shops in CT, MA, and NH _. This position is a key leadership position for Miller Truck Leasing and will have the ability to positively impact our continued growth throughout New England.

Requirements

You Will

• Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in CT, MA, and NH
• P&L responsibility for each shop
• Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region
• Travel to shops regularly
• Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees
• Manage hiring and scheduling across locations
• Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location

• 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance
• Strong organizational and customer-focused skills
• Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics
• Willingness to travel within district (Within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed
• Business degree or technical school certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired
