Senior System Administrator (Partial WFH/MSP)We are a 40 person Cloud and Managed Services Provider based in Richardson, TX with almost three decades of experience supporting the local business community. With no set tech stack, we develop personalized solutions that best fit our clients needs and allow our team to touch a wide breadth of technologies.Our current opening is for a Senior System Administrator (Partial WFH/MSP). The Senior System Administrator (Partial WFH/MSP) will split time between providing remote level 3 support and taking the lead in maintaining the server/networking infrastructures across various locations and helping your technical team modernize infrastructures.At this time, we are only considering Senior System Administrator (Partial WFH/MSP) applicants with previous MSP experience.Senior System Administrator (Partial WFH/MSP) Job Responsibilities:Provide remote and on-site server/workstation/network support and maintenanceInstall applications and operating systems on customer hardwareInvestigate user problems and identify their source; determine solutions; test and implement solutionsConfigure and install servers (Windows 2016-2022), firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL, Meraki, Fortinet), switches (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Unifi), and other related equipment, devices, and systemsWork in conjunction with the Project Manager to implement projects successfullySenior System Administrator (Partial WFH/MSP) Knowledge Requirements:Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 AdministrationFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Applications, SharePoint Online, AVDExperience with systems administration tasks, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.All Windows desktop and server operating systemsRMM platforms such as ConnectWise AutomateFamiliarity with Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Dell, and SonicWALL network equipmentSenior System Administrator (Partial WFH/MSP) Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) with company matchHybrid WFH (3-4 days at home per week)PTO and Paid HolidaysCertification reimbursementMileage reimbursement
