Beyond providing the typical tier 3 escalated IT support, the Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Projects Team will be responsible for providing project implementations and proactive network assessments and recommendations to our clients to assist in their seamless day-to-day operations and strategic business goals, and project deployments/implementations.There is a lot of variety and opportunity to grow within this role. We enjoy our work and our clients, and we are looking for someone who fits well within our culture.Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Projects Team Essential Responsibilities:Windows Server installs and high-level troubleshootingCloud & server deployments / migrations Azure ADAzure VMsMDM / IntuneDomain ControllersFile ServersPrint serversDHCP and subcomponents as necessaryMicrosoft Exchange migrations and troubleshooting This includes on Prem, O365, and HybridNetwork and server documentation Ability to review an existing network, find and document potential trouble points and recommend proper remediesHard drive recovery Stand alone and RAID array repairs/recoveryVirtual server setup and migration (P to V or V to V) Should have good working knowledge or Hyper-V and VMWareWireless networks Install/configure/troubleshootInstallation of complex WIFI networks with VLAN tagging and guest portal logonsNetwork troubleshooting Basic to advanced layer troubleshootingNetwork equipment installation and configuration Ability to install and configure routers, switches, firewallPreferred knowledge HP, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, WatchGuard, SonicWALLVPN site to site buildouts and troubleshootingVPN end user connectivity setup and troubleshooting viaSupporting all hardware and software add, change, move, install, imaging, upgrade of desktops, printers, scanners, devices, equipment and ensure optimal performance of the end-user workstationsEnsuring desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems to help minimize end-user's downtimePerforms work in compliance within specified warranty requirements and returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, document customer repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventoryHybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Projects Team Education/Experience Requirements:3+ years' related experience in an MSP-type environment or at least 7 years if supporting just a single organizationCCNA, MCSA, MSCE, or any of the updated Azure certs highly recommended (we will pay for you to attain)Must be able to transport self to various customer locationsPossess strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with a wide range of users having different levels of computer expertise.Ability to design workable solutions to problems in a timely mannerWilling to train and help othersStrong documentation skillsMust have valid driver's license with clean driving historyHybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Projects Team Compensation: This is a midlevel role paying 90-110k annually plus benefits listed belowExcellent health insurance optionsFlexible Spending Account (FSA)401(k)Performance-based bonusesPaid vacation and holidays*Actual salary for Hybrid WFH System Administrator – MSP Projects Team to commensurate with experience*
