Document Control Technician - Site Based, Redmond, WA

The Role The Document Control Technician is a member of the Quality Assurance (QA) team responsible for formatting and updating controlled documents—including SOPs, Work Instructions, and Master Batch Records—within Microsoft Word using updated company templates. The role ensures documents are standardized, compliant, and accurately formatted according to company quality and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do Format GMP documents using template styles Update headers and footers Maintain document content and consistency Assist with management of the document control room at the site and archival of documentation Execute the scanning process for GMP records Support document/record migration activities Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of document updates Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in document control or administrative support Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to function well in a high‑paced and dynamic environment Physical/Mental Requirements Ability to function well in a high‑paced and dynamic environment.
