Summary This is a skilled salary position primarily responsible for assisting in the collection of membership accounts, daily deposit preparation, management of daily night audit/outlet documents, and accounts payable processing. Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Responsible for the management of the night audit daily documentation. Prepare daily bank deposits. Make adjustments as needed to member accounts (JONAS). Assist in the collection of past‑due member accounts. Manage all aspects of accounts payable. Pull and reconcile credit card statements. Assist in account reconciliation. Work with vendors, guests, and co‑workers to solve problems. Must be able to explain detailed matters in written format that others can understand. Performs other tasks as needed to support the department and organization, as assigned by the Controller. Qualifications Education: Associates degree preferred. Experience: 1—3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills Technical / Hard Skills: Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Google platform, SAGE, Springer‑Miller, Jonas, CONCUR, adept at importing and exporting data. Soft Skills: Ability to multi‑task while paying attention to detail; Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work independently, as well as with other team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr
