• Full-Time Coverage
• Option 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday - Four 10-Hour Shifts
• Option 2: Five 8-Hour Shifts
• Schedule Flexibility Available
• No Call
• No Weekends

• Approximately 16-20 Patients Per Day
• Patient Volume Dependent on 8-Hour or 10-Hour Shift
• New Patients
• Follow-Up Patients
• Post-Hospital Discharge Patients
• Endocrinology and Diabetes Patients

• Provide Ambulatory Outpatient Endocrinology Care
• Evaluate and Manage Endocrine and Metabolic Conditions
• Provide Comprehensive Diabetes Management
• Evaluate New and Established Patients
• Provide Follow-Up Care
• Manage Patients Following Hospital Discharge
• Collaborate With Diabetes Education and Clinical Support Teams
• Thyroid FNA Ability Is Highly Preferred but Not Required

• 11 Physicians
• 4 APPs
• Certified Diabetes Educators Available Onsite
• Diabetes Education and Technology Support
• Insulin Pump Education and Pump Start Support
• Dietary Education and Diabetes Management Guidance

• Board Certified - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Endocrinology - Required
• Active Maine Medical License or Active IMLC LOQ - Highly Preferred
• Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered
• Thyroid FNA Ability - Highly Preferred
• Epic Experience - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required
• Flu Vaccination - Required

• Full Presentation Required at Time of Name Clearance
• 2 Supervisor References From the Previous 12 Months - Required
• 1 Peer Reference From the Previous 12 Months - Required
• Epic Experience Must Be Confirmed
