\nWe are seeking a passionate and service-focused Captain Assistant to support our Front of House team and help deliver seamless, luxury dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to members and guests. \n
- Assist Captains with service execution and guest requests. \n
- Support accurate food and beverage order entry and delivery. \n
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, dietary restrictions, and allergens. \n
- Ensure smooth service flow and uphold company standards. \n
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties. \n
- Follow all health, safety, and hospitality standards. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- At least 1 year of experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or private club. \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. \n
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. \n
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. \n
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. \n
- TIPS and NYC DOH certifications preferred. \n
