We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies.This position is responsible for overseeing HR governance and operational effectiveness across freight forwarding operations and affiliated entities, ensuring consistent execution of employee relations, performance management, and workforce processes. The role provides strategic HR advisory support to business leadership, delivers workforce analytics and management reporting, and monitors compliance with established HR policies and procedures. Success in the role requires advanced knowledge of employee relations, performance management, workforce analytics, HR compliance, and organizational effectiveness, along with strong communication, consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.$121,792 - $134,612 yearly salary range.
