Job Summary

A growing manufacturing organization is hiring a B2B National Accounts Account Manager for a newly created direct hire role in Memphis, TN. This position supports national account relationships by helping individual dealer locations understand available programs, products, corporate pricing, and ordering options.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys B2B account management, customer service, relationship building, and proactive dealer outreach without the pressure of a high-volume cold calling environment. The role is ideal for a professional who can create awareness, build trust, answer questions, and help convert existing national account opportunities into active purchasing relationships.

The position offers a collaborative, in-office environment with direct visibility to leadership involved in national accounts, sales, pricing, and dealer relationships. Key Responsibilities

- Contact dealer locations associated with assigned national accounts to introduce the company program, products, services, corporate pricing, and purchasing options.
- Build relationships with dealer contacts and serve as a reliable resource for questions related to products, pricing, orders, programs, and services.
- Conduct proactive outreach through phone, email, e-commerce initiatives, direct mail, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with interested dealers who have not yet begun purchasing and help move them toward active transactions.
- Assist with order requests, order entry, account data entry, and related transactional support.
- Maintain ongoing communication with active accounts to increase participation and purchasing activity across the dealer network.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $26 to $27 per hour.
- Employment Type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Work Environment: 100% in-office.
- Location: Memphis, TN.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
- Target Hire Timeline: Ideally within the next 30 days.
