Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Acute Care Hospital Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience required License: Valid license required in the relevant state Certifications: Required certifications must be held Must-Have: - Acute care experience is a hard stop requirement - Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred - Ability to float between various units - Flexibility and teamwork are essential - Must possess strong time management skills Description: This position requires evaluating and treating patients across various areas within the hospital, including acute care, medical, ICU, and inpatient rehabilitation. Ideal candidates will have experience with a variety of diagnoses, including multi-trauma, surgical, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and must be comfortable working independently. Candidates must be prepared to pick up additional patients as needed to meet productivity standards. A friendly and outgoing demeanor is preferred, as the team values a fun and close-knit work environment. Individuals must be adaptable and willing to assist wherever necessary within the hospital to support patient needs.
