As a Senior Associate Sourcer, you will play a critical role in driving hiring success through strategic talent research, market intelligence, and proactive candidate engagement. You'll partner closely with recruiters and business leaders to build pipelines of high-caliber talent while delivering a thoughtful, data-driven approach to sourcing and talent attraction.As a Senior Associate Sourcer in Commercial Banking, you will drive front-end talent attraction efforts—owning the research, talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development needed to enable successful hiring outcomes. The ability to build trusted partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, combined with strong candidate engagement skills and a data-driven, consultative approach, will be key to success.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles across Commercial Banking by developing proactive sourcing strategies aligned to business needsConduct market research and talent mapping inform recruiting strategy and calibration conversationsIdentify and engage passive candidates through a wide variety of channels using tailored, compelling messagingPartner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, ideal profiles, and hiring priorities; translate needs into actionable sourcing plansDrive candidate outreach and engagement with frequent, timely communication; manage early-stage candidate experience through sourcing and screening handoffProvide meaningful market intelligence and share insights to improve search outcomesSupport screening activities as needed and deliver succinct candidate summaries to Recruiters/Hiring ManagersTrack pipeline activity, outreach results, and funnel conversion; adjust strategy based on performance data and feedbackUtilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools effectively; maintain high standards of data integrity, documentation, and controlsPartner with HR stakeholders as needed to support effective execution, reporting, and process adherenceRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in a corporate or agency sourcing/talent research environment, supporting multiple searches and stakeholder groups simultaneouslyDemonstrated expertise in talent mapping, name generation, and sourcing strategy development for technical/professional rolesProven ability to attract and convert passive talent through tailored, consultative messaging and sustained relationship managementExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and high volumes while maintaining qualityStrong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with senior Hiring Managers and Recruiters in a fast-paced environmentData-driven and detail-oriented with a strong controls mindset; experienced in maintaining accurate pipeline/ATS trackingHigh degree of professionalism and discretion; ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationClear, concise communication skills (written and verbal) with strong executive presencePreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsSolid understanding of the Banking industry and aligned roles (banking, payments, treasury, commercial real estate, advisory, etc.Experience supporting pipeline strategies and sourcing practices across multiple geographies JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
