Role Description The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying orders against packing lists, and inspecting products for accuracy and quality. The role includes preparing outgoing shipments, packing orders securely, labeling boxes, and organizing pallets for carrier pickup. The clerk maintains inventory records, updates stock levels, and helps keep the warehouse organized and safe. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal teams and carriers, communicating shipment status, and supporting general logistics operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Packing skills to prepare and secure products for shipment in accordance with company standards.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Control skills to track stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and support regular cycle counts.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to coordinate with team members, carriers, and other departments clearly and professionally.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment environments is beneficial.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and materials safely, and to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or shipping software are preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
