In the role of Full-Time Medical Director of Occupational Medicine, you will deliver care to employees at our Health Center situated in Denver, CO. The working hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM.

• Perform medical histories, physical examinations, and prescribe appropriate treatments.

• Offer a wide range of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services, including episodic, preventive, and occupational care tailored to client needs.

• Supervise clinical practices and procedures at the site(s).

• Contribute to the formulation of annual goals and objectives for the health center.

• Drive outcomes across clinical programs and assist in developing policies and guidelines to enhance service delivery to clients.

• Engage with potential physician and provider candidates to evaluate clinical quality and cultural compatibility. You may also be asked to mentor and train site physicians and staff.

• Collaborate with the DCO and operations teams to enhance member engagement and service utilization.

• Exhibit clinical expertise relevant to the services provided at the health center.

• May act as a collaborative physician for advanced practice providers.

• Perform additional duties as necessary to ensure the safe and effective operation of the health center and maintain high standards of care.

• Must hold a valid medical license in each state of practice.

• Possess a Federal DEA license corresponding to each state of practice.

• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if mandated by your state.

• Current board certification (ABMS, AMA, or AOA) or board eligibility, with a requirement to sit for boards within one year of hire.

• Certification in CPR (BLS for Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer or ACLS), including a "hands-on" skills evaluation by an instructor. Online-only courses are not acceptable. The course must meet American Heart Association (AHA) standards, though it need not be an AHA certificate.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in emergency room, ambulatory care, or occupational health settings.

• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $345,000.00 and $365,000.00 annually. Several factors will influence the final compensation, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.

For candidates residing in Washington or Colorado: Our organization provides paid time off benefits, allowing employees to earn 0.0769 hours of paid time off for each hour worked, along with 10 paid holidays or an equivalent bank of hours throughout the year. Paid sick leave is included in the paid time off accrual mentioned above.
