Sales Professional

Summary Under the direction of the Sales VP, the Sales Professional will develop strategic plans and forecasts for accounts, communicate effectively internally and externally, resolve customer issues proactively, grow and maintain sales territory, identify new sales opportunities, understand customer visions and supply‑chain objectives to provide proactive solutions, build relationships with decision makers, exceed sales goals and provide routine cost savings reports. Position is based out of Commerce City, Colorado. Relocation reimbursement will be provided for candidates that are willing to relocate. Responsibilities Develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for accounts. Communicate well with internal and external stakeholders and proactively resolve unique customer issues. Develop and manage assigned sales territory. Grow and maintain new and existing accounts. Stay up to date on latest trends in rotating equipment. Identify new sales/service opportunities within the territory. Apply product knowledge to solve rotating equipment problems. Understand customer vision and supply‑chain initiatives and provide proactive solutions. Establish and expand relationships with decision makers at customer organizations. Document success in exceeding sales goals and objectives; provide routine cost‑saving reports and secure customer agreement when possible. Demonstrate strong process discipline. Provide monthly DXP reports for each key account highlighting changes, service problems, competition challenges, customer projects, and cost savings. Qualifications Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance and commitment. Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience selling rotating equipment, pumps, bearing, and power transmission products. Experience selling to mines, power plants, food & beverage, oil & gas, municipalities, municipal contractors, and engineering firms is preferred. Customer‑service oriented mentality. Computer literate, organized, and detail oriented. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience generating proposals and solutions. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Self‑starter capable of working productively with minimal supervision. History of maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships with significant add‑on/repeat business. Acceptable driving record per company guidelines. Additional Information Pay Range: 100 k + uncapped commission revenue potential. Physical Demand: N/A. Working Conditions: Driving to and from customer locations. Training/Certifications: N/A. Location: Commerce City, CO. Shift Time/Overtime: Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
