We are seeking a Manufacturing Floor Supervisor to lead and support a team of employees working in a state-of-the-art semiconductor manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with employees, solving challenges, and driving team success.

As the Floor Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in employee development, safety compliance, performance management, and creating an exceptional experience for our workforce while supporting our client's operational goals.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Lead and Support Your Team

• Supervise employees working in a production environment handling and transferring semiconductor wafers in an ISO 3 Cleanroom environment.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and motivating work environment where employees can thrive.
• Serve as a hands-on leader, coach, mentor, and trusted resource for your team.
• Recognize achievements and inspire employees to perform at their highest potential.

Train and Develop Talent

• Participate in virtual orientation sessions for new hires.
• Lead on-site training and onboarding for incoming employees.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Support employee retention by creating a culture of accountability, growth, and engagement.

Promote Safety and Quality Excellence

• Ensure strict adherence to all safety, quality, and cleanroom requirements.
• Verify proper use of required PPE, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
• Reinforce best practices and maintain compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor work performance and address concerns proactively.
