Welder - up to $28/hr

We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team! In this role, you will work with both aluminum and steel products, performing MIG welding and basic fabrication in a manufacturing environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, reading measurements, and building quality products, we'd love to hear from you.

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel parts
• Cut, fit, and assemble metal components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and tape measures to complete projects
• Inspect your work to make sure it meets quality standards
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Work with the team to keep production running smoothly

• Previous MIG welding experience with aluminum and steel
• Fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
• Comfortable reading and using a tape measure
• Good attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Reliable and safety-minded team player

• Welding certifications or technical school training
• Previous experience in a similar welding or fabrication role

• Brand-new manufacturing facility
• Regular pay reviews at 6 months and 1 year

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday

4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty, MO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
