## Job Responsibilities

- Conduct daily communication and liaison with on‑site mine clients, suppliers and local government authorities.
- Facilitate communication between the Chinese team and local staff to ensure smooth‑running operations.
- Assist in business negotiations, contract follow‑up and customer relationship maintenance.
- Attend on‑site mine production coordination meetings, providing Chinese‑English interpretation and meeting minutes.
- Support the Chinese management team in localization management and community‑relation maintenance.
- Arrange and follow‑up on‑site client visits and receptions.

## Job Requirements

- Must be a resident of Zimbabwe; candidates with study or work experience in China are preferred.
- Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and excellent cross‑cultural communication competence.
- Recognition of Chinese culture and familiarity with Chinese‑style working practices and business etiquette.
- Possess a valid Zimbabwean driving license with proficient driving skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (HSK‑4 or above, or equivalent Chinese proficiency).
- Prior experience in mining, engineering, business‑related fields is preferred.
- Self‑motivated, with strong learning ability and good teamwork spirit.
