Government Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in government or public-sector hiring. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions and partner closely with hiring managers and community organizations to attract qualified, diverse talent.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment process from job posting through onboarding.Recruit for a variety of administrative, professional, technical, and community-based roles.Partner with government departments and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.Source candidates through job boards, career fairs, community organizations, and professional networks.Review applications, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with government hiring policies and employment regulations.Utilize NEOGOV or a similar applicant tracking system to manage recruitment activity.Support community outreach efforts and diversity recruitment initiatives.
