Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Inventory Clerk - Franklin Park IL As an Inventory Clerk, you will be the go-to person for behind-the-scenes accuracy—supporting warehouse functions through fast, accurate order processing and documentation. This role blends administrative precision with warehouse coordination, keeping the flow of information so the product can move. In This Role, You’ll: Spend 80% of your time in the freezer and cooler Be willing to work overtime Enter customer orders and shipment information with speed and accuracy using warehouse systems Manage key documents such as load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments What You’ll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of inventory clerk experience Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross‑functionally The Schedule & Setting: Full-time, on-site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse Monday – Friday 7 AM to 4 PM Pay & Benefits: Starting pay: $24.15 per hour Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company‑provided uniforms and work shoes Why Join Us: We’re not just in the business of distribution—we’re in the business of development.
