Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $800,000 – $877,000 annually
• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: Rate may be placeholder; salary reflects comprehensive compensation)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide general neurosurgical care in inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings
• Manage post-surgical follow-up and routine patient visits
• Oversee and review imaging, including ER cases, from home
• Participate in ER call coverage (7 days/month) with minimal in-person response
• Collaborate with an experienced team of neurosurgeons and APPs
• Build and expand an elective spine practice in a community with high need
• Utilize neuro-navigation tools like Globus Robot and Stryker systems
• Document care efficiently using EPIC EMR

What You Need:

• Active or eligible Colorado medical license
• Board-eligible or certified in neurosurgery (ABNS)
• Ability to meet start date by ASAP
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a diverse, community-oriented environment
