If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: Medical Assistant/Patient Care CoordinatorLocation: Simi Valley, CA 93065Duration: 13 weeksWork Schedule: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM–5:15 PM (5x8s)Pay rate: 30-35$/hr.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Room and check in patients; obtain vital signs.Perform venipuncture, phlebotomy, audiometry, and vision testing as ordered.Schedule appointments and manage patient records.Verify insurance, demographics, benefits, and collect co-payments.Process referrals and obtain required authorizations.Answer phones and provide clerical support.Prepare charts, scan/file documents, and maintain supplies and records.Requirements:High School Diploma/GED required.BLS certification required.CMA or RMA certification preferred.Phlebotomy certification preferred.Audiometry/vision training or CHDP certification preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
