Why You'll Love Working Here Work that matters Help kids develop healthy smiles and positive dental experiences Positive, upbeat culture We believe work should be rewarding, supportive, and enjoyable Amazing team environment Collaborate with people who genuinely care about each other and the families we serve Growth opportunities Learn, develop your skills, and build your career in pediatric dentistry Never a boring day – every patient, every family, and every smile brings something new You Might Be a Great Fit If You Love working with children and families Bring enthusiasm, kindness, and a can‑do attitude Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Communicate with warmth and professionalism Enjoy creating positive experiences for others Are a Licensed Dental Assistant (or will be eligible for licensure within the next 3 months) Schedule Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM, 7:00/7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM One Saturday per Month: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM Compensation $21 – $33 hourly Responsibilities Assist dentists and dental hygienists during any procedures or examinations by handing off dental instruments, providing suction, and ensuring chair‑side accessibility to the team Greet patients and explain dental care treatment plans so they feel comfortable during the appointment Ensure dental office infection control policies and safety regulations are met by disinfecting and sterilizing all equipment and instruments after use Measure and document vital signs and medical history for patient records, take x‑rays of patients’ mouths, and apply a topical anesthetic for dental procedures, if needed Schedule appointments for patient care follow‑up, answer any questions they may have about dental hygiene, and provide postoperative instructions with methods for infection control of the patients’ teeth and gums, after procedures Qualifications Current Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) certification in Minnesota (or eligible soon) Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program (CODA) Current BLS/CPR certification Experience using dental software and digital radiography Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills A warm, team‑first attitude and a commitment to patient comfort and care About Company Philosophy: We provide the highest standard of personalized patient care while having fun, creating an inviting atmosphere, and building a lifetime of confidence and healthy dental habits.
