Surgical Technologist / CST

Role Overview: As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) , you'll support surgical teams by preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile fields, providing instruments, and managing supplies to ensure efficient and safe procedures. Your responsibilities include organizing surgical equipment, collaborating with medical staff, and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program, current CST certification, and BLS certification (or within 90 days of hire). Key attributes include strong knowledge of surgical instruments, excellent communication and teamwork skills, organizational ability, aseptic techniques, and adaptability in high-pressure environments.
