Ipsen konzentriert sich auf innovative Lösungen in den Bereichen Onkologie, seltene Erkrankungen und Neurowissenschaften, um komplexe Herausforderungen im Gesundheitswesen anzugehen und bessere Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Rollenbeschreibung Als Vice President Global Strategy tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Unternehmensstrategie von Ipsen UK & Ireland. Sie analysieren Märkte, Wettbewerbsumfelder und Trends in den Bereichen Onkologie, seltene Erkrankungen und Neurowissenschaften und leiten daraus strategische Prioritäten und Initiativen ab. Im Arbeitsalltag führen Sie funktionsübergreifende Projekte, steuern strategische Planungsprozesse, koordinieren regionale und globale Stakeholder und beraten das Senior Leadership Team zu langfristigen Wachstums- und Transformationsprogrammen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Finanz-, Digital- und operativen Teams zusammen, um strategische Entscheidungen in konkrete Maßnahmen und messbare Ergebnisse zu überführen. Diese Position ist eine Vollzeitstelle und wird vollständig remote ausgeübt.
Qualifikationen

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung, idealerweise im biopharmazeutischen oder Gesundheitssektor.
Kompetenz in strategischer Planung und Entwicklung langfristiger Unternehmens- und Portfoliostrategien, einschließlich Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse.
Beratungskompetenz und Erfahrung im Consulting-Umfeld oder in strategischen Linienfunktionen, inklusive Stakeholder-Management und Präsentation auf Executive-Level.
Solides Finanzverständnis zur Bewertung von Investitionen, Business Cases und Performance-Kennzahlen sowie zur Unterstützung der strategischen Ressourcenallokation.
Erfahrung mit digitaler Strategie, z.B. in den Bereichen digitale Transformation, Daten- und Plattformstrategien oder innovative digitale Lösungen im Gesundheitswesen.
