About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Accounting & Corporate Controller to lead and modernize its accounting operations in line with the recent significant investments in finance and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for all accounting, technical accounting, and controllership functions, with a focus on driving technical accounting excellence and building a world-class controllership function to support the company's aggressive growth. This hands-on, executive role involves overseeing a large team and requires deep expertise in ASC 606 and ASC 842, as well as a strong command of US GAAP, internal controls, and complex accounting environments. The VP of Accounting & Corporate Controller will also be a strategic business partner to the CFO, playing a critical role in the organization's disciplined scaling. Key responsibilities for the role include leadership and oversight of the accounting organization, serving as a key advisor to the CFO, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, and leading financial reporting and controls. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in ERP transformation, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred, and a background in security services, field services, technology, telecom, SaaS, or other recurring-revenue models. The role demands a CPA with a Big 4 or national public accounting foundation, and the ability to operate in a growing, evolving, hands-on environment. The VP of Accounting & Corporate Controller will also be instrumental in cross-functional partnerships, particularly with sales, operations, and customer care, to ensure accurate billing, contract setup, and revenue treatment.
