About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Healthcare Investment Banking, with a focus on advising high-growth companies in the pharma tech and services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of sell-side M&A transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and process management. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in sell-side M&A, advanced financial modeling skills, and a deep understanding of the pharma tech and services ecosystem. The Vice President will also be involved in client advisory, and financial oversight, and will play a central leadership role in the team. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include M&A execution, process management, deal structuring, and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced financial modeling, particularly in SaaS metrics and distribution waterfalls, and will be adept at performing valuation analyses. The role requires a candidate with a minimum of 6 closed sell-side M&A transactions, hands-on experience in SaaS metric modeling, and a strong understanding of business models in the pharma and life sciences sector. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and the candidate must hold active FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to mentor and lead a team are also essential.
