CultureSpace is an elevated office furniture dealer with showrooms in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and Dallas. We’re looking for an experienced Distribution Warehouse Manager to lead our furniture distribution center in San Antonio.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep a busy warehouse moving. You’ll lead our receiving and shipping operations through a team of supervisors and managers, develop strong warehouse leaders, and ensure orders move safely, accurately, and on schedule.

• Lead supervisors and managers across multiple shifts, creating consistency, accountability, and strong communication throughout the warehouse.
• Oversee daily receiving and shipping operations, from inbound inspection and put-away through picking, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• Ensure outbound orders are shipped on time, complete, and free from damage.
• Monitor staffing, workload, and warehouse capacity to keep operations running efficiently.
• Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Project Management, and Logistics on order status, delivery commitments, and service escalations.
• Coordinate with carriers and delivery partners to address scheduling and service issues.
• Track performance across on-time shipping, labor productivity, safety, damage, and equipment downtime.
• Coach and develop warehouse leadership while building a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
• Oversee shipping supplies and material-handling equipment maintenance.
• Identify and implement improvements that increase throughput, reduce costs, and improve service.

• Five or more years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or a related operation.
• At least three years of experience leading supervisors, managers, or multi-shift warehouse teams.
• Strong experience overseeing both receiving and shipping functions.
• A leader who is comfortable being present on the warehouse floor and stepping in when needed.
• A track record of improving productivity, safety, accuracy, and on-time performance.
• Experience working with warehouse performance metrics, labor planning, carriers, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety requirements, including OSHA and powered industrial truck standards.
• Experience with furniture, oversized products, LTL/FTL freight, or white-glove delivery is a plus.

You’ll be successful in this role if outbound orders consistently ship on time and in full, warehouse teams are productive and well-led, equipment downtime is minimized, and employees work safely across every shift.
