Job Details:


• Work 10-hour overnight shifts from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Thursday
• Will work holiday gaps as needed
• Weekend call is possible with a 30-minute call response time
• Overnight role will serve as Charge Nurse/House Supervisor
• Will shadow night RN for first couple of shifts during orientation
• Minimum 2+ years of operating room experience required
• Stat C-section experience required
• Common cases include General, ENT, Plastics, Ortho (TSA, THA, TKA, arthroscopies, Podiatry, hand), DaVinci, Urology, GYN, and C-sections
• Facility operates 7 suites plus 1 C-section suite with an average of 15-25 cases per day
• Scrubbing is not required for RNs
• Possibility of floating (OSC)
• Charting system: Cerner
• Grey scrubs provided by facility; must provide own OR shoes
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS

This acute care medical center features a robust surgical department with 7 operating suites plus a dedicated C-section suite, supporting a high volume of 15-25 cases per day. The facility offers a wide range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, plastics, urology, GYN, and robotic-assisted surgery. The organization utilizes Cerner as its electronic medical record system and provides a collaborative environment with structured orientation support for incoming staff.
