Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: OR - Operating Room\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/26/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 10 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Nights, 4x10hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 26, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Operating Room position requiring 2+ years of OR experience and stat C-section experience for a 13-week night shift assignment.Details\n \n Acute care Operating Room setting with 7 surgical suites plus 1 dedicated C-section suite\n Averages 15-25 cases per day\n Common cases include General, ENT, Plastics, Ortho (TSA, THA, TKA, arthroscopies, podiatry, hand), Davinci robotic, urology, GYN, and C-sections\n Uses Cerner EMR, which is transitioning to Epic\n Night shift schedule, Monday-Thursday, 9:30pm-7:30am, 4x10-hour shifts\n Will work holiday gaps and weekend call is possible\n RN will serve as charge nurse overnight\n Scrubbing not required for RNs\n Possible floating to other surgical care (OSC) areas\n Call response time of 30 minutes required\n Requirements\n \n Active WI or compact RN license required\n BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS certifications required\n Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required\n Stat C-section experience required\n Additional Information\n \n Will shadow a night RN for the first couple of shifts as unit-specific orientation\n Grey scrubs provided by facility; candidates must provide their own OR shoes\n Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 6 months and require facility approval to return\n Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-753367.
