Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to manage staff and provider schedules in an outpatient medical office.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 1+ year of recent outpatient clinic/medical office experience.
- Experience with Epic or FAST .
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 2+ years of staff/physician scheduling preferred.
- Experience with UKG/Kronos, Excel, or Tableau .
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain staff/provider schedules.
- Manage staffing coverage, time-off requests, and last-minute changes.
- Update schedules in UKG/Kronos .
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and staffing compliance.
- Coordinate weekend/holiday coverage.
- Prepare staffing reports and identify process improvements.
