HR Manager

Direct Hire | Santa Fe Springs, CA | Up to $120,000 Base Salary Overview A rapidly growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager to support a large, high-volume workforce across multiple facilities in Santa Fe Springs. This role will serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership while overseeing employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruiting support, and day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300-400 employees that continues to grow. This position is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments and enjoys being highly visible on the floor partnering directly with employees and managers.
