You will run production lots, communicate with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.Load and unload parts into machines.Use basic measuring equipment to inspect parts and maintain detailed inspection logs.Maintain required production rates.Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to all safety rules set forth by OSHA and Pace Industries policies.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members.Dependability: Demonstrates a high level of reliability and punctuality in all aspects of the job.Aptitude: Ability to learn and properly apply new job-related information in a timely manner.Technical Math: Ability to perform basic measurement and basic math tasks.Quality Focus: Monitors work to meet quality standards; demonstrates a high level of care, thoroughness, and accuracy.Safety Mindset: Performs jobs in a manner that minimizes hazards to self, others, and the environment.Physical DemandsMust be regularly able to remain in a stationary position at a work station.Frequently moves and lifts production parts weighing up to 20 lbs.Pace is a career destination for engaged, passionate, and talented people who are driven to seek the innovation, growth, and opportunity that only we offer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
