The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.**Job Functions:*** Load and unload parts into machines.* Use basic measuring equipment to inspect parts.* Maintain production rates.* Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.* Performs inspection of machined products, and maintains inspection logs.* Must follow all safety rules and policies as set forth by OSHA guidelines and Pace Industries policies and procedures as outlined in the employee manual.* Follow detailed work instructions.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Skills:*** Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others.* Demonstrates a high level of dependability in all aspects of the job.* Ability to learn and properly apply new job-related information in a timely manner* Ability to perform basic measurement and basic math tasks* Performs jobs in a manner that minimizes hazards to self, others and the environment.
