What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care in the electrophysiology (EP) lab for complex cardiac procedures
• Assist with cardiac ablations, device implants, lead extractions, and arrhythmia induction
• Monitor and interpret cardiac mapping, baseline measurements, and conduction studies
• Support the insertion, programming, and management of pacemakers and AICDs
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Document procedures and patient responses accurately in Epic electronic medical record system
• Respond to call shifts as scheduled, providing excellent patient care during lead procedures

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for Ohio licensure
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in electrophysiology or related cardiac specialties
• Proficiency with Epic and electrophysiology procedures
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work 4x10-hour daytime shifts, including call responsibilities
