As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. You will provide clear communication and customer service while responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri02:00 AM - 10:00 AMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain awareness of pedestrian and vehicle activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Document patrols, observations, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and report concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
