The selected candidate willbe part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team, responsible for supporting daily Supply Chain functions. This position is located on-site at our Melbourne, Florida office.Responsibilities:* Supports and assists activities within multiple warehouse and inventory control disciplines across the Supply Chain and Production processes.* Primarily responsible for the manual movement, monitoring, and issuing of materials through picking / pulling items to fill pick lists and support Manufacturing Orders released by Production / Material Planners.* Additionally responsible for the storage, distribution, inventory management, and records maintenance of material items* Perform required cycle counts of material and maintains records as required to monitor and support inventory accuracy.* Read and follow work orders and verbal instructions to ascertain material items to be moved* Load, unload, and move materials within or near warehouse, stockroom, storage facility, or manufacturing floor.* Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand* Provide materials to and from inventory location or worksites to designated areas to include the manufacturing floor by use of hand truck, electric dolly, Forklift, or other tool* Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled in an ERP system* Support / complete monthly, quarterly, yearly inventory audits* Able to lift 50 pounds, use rolling ladder going up to 12 feet, and reach for items on shelves* Able to spend considerable time standing, bending, and walking to and from the warehouse and other areas / buildings* Ability to prioritize and multitask daily workload* Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Qualifications:Required:* US citizenship due to contract requirements and nature of the work* Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance, due to the nature of the work and contract requirements* High school diploma or GED* Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment supporting the manufacturing process* Valid Driver's License requiredDesired:* Forklift/reach truck experience* 5 years' experience working in a warehouse environment supporting the manufacturing process for a defense contractor* Active SECRET security clearance* Bachelor's degree* Experience using Costpoint* Class A CDL* Ability to prioritize and multitask daily work* Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)* What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
