Hours: Minimum 20 hours/week preferred

Project Manager, Level 2 (Manager)

Submission Deadline: October 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET

BILL RATE $60/HR on c2c

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
Project Management certification or recognized project management training
Minimum 7 years of IT experience
Minimum 4 years of project management experience
Experience managing projects involving multiple technologies and business functions

Key Responsibilities

Lead Florida PALM readiness activities
Coordinate agency readiness workshops and stakeholder activities
Support Readiness Workbook tasks
Coordinate end-user training and organizational readiness
Support business process and policy/procedure updates
Monitor data cleansing and system remediation activities
Review and document requirements for the Citrus Revenue System
Support integration/remediation planning for Florida PALM
Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, resources, and deliverables
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, business users, and Florida PALM stakeholders
Support organizational change management and adoption

Preferred experience: Florida PALM, FLAIR, Florida state government, financial/accounting systems, payroll, enterprise data warehouse, organizational change management, or business-system integration/remediation.

Important: This position is hybrid, and onsite work in Bartow, Florida is expected . Travel to Tallahassee may also be required.
