We AIM for excellence.What we offer!A competitive hourly rate ($26.00 - $28.00), vacation, benefits and a 401k matching programAnnual AIM tuition scholarship program up to $8,500 per eligible dependentsThe tools and support needed to be successful in your career and professional developmentA dynamic & rewarding work environment that is also a lot of fun!Job DescriptionWhat you're responsible for:Conducting thorough inspections and diagnostics on various types of heavy equipment, including forklifts, skid steers, loaders, and cranes, to identify mechanical issues.Performing repairs and routine maintenance on equipment, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.Maintaining necessary parts, tools, and supplies to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.Maintaining detailed records of repairs, maintenance work, and parts used. Completing service reports and ensuring accurate documentation.Adhering to safety regulations and protocols while working on equipment. Follow company policies to ensure a safe working environment.Working closely with other mechanics, operators, and supervisors to resolve equipment issues and support overall team objectives.QualificationsTo join our team:Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a heavy equipment mechanic or in a similar role or Completion of a Diesel Technician program or school.Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Experience with various types of heavy equipment.Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE, OEM-specific certifications) are a plus.Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.Additional Information#aimus
