Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoTranslate engineering design requirements, repairs, and upgrades into formal manufacturing process documentationEvaluate incoming hardware for repair and disposition discrepant hardwareLead corrective action investigations to prevent recurrenceParticipate in process improvement initiativesManufacturing process development and maintenance for field return materialCoordinate technical matters across different organizations and/or suppliersWhat You Will LearnManage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.Communicate with many levels of program, other contractor and government stakeholders and works to positively guide parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.1 year of manufacturing experience.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
