Swimming Head Coach

Position Swim Head Coach – De Toledo High School, West Hills, CA Responsibilities Develop and oversee the high school swimming program. Work closely with the Athletic Directors on all team logistics, scheduling, and spirit packs. Implement training plans and instructional programs to enhance swimmer performance. Maintain a professional demeanor and foster a positive team environment. Qualifications Prior head coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or club level (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deep knowledge of swimming techniques and concepts. Strong determination to grow the program. Passion for the sport of swimming.
