Marketing Director

Marketing DirectorHeirloom Cloud Corporation seeks a Marketing Director to implement the company's GTM strategy. The Marketing Director is responsible for leading Heirloom's creative team, managing multiple marketing channels, and continuously evaluating the company's value proposition to all customer segments. The Marketing Director reports to the CEO but works cross-functionally with Product Managers, UX Designers, and the Customer Success Team. The Marketing Director is inquisitive, data-driven, and motivated to hard launch the world's first private social network for celebrating all photos, videos, and metamemories.ResponsibilitiesResearch & maintain a keen understanding of competitors & comparablesDevelop & iterate a marketing plan on a startup budgetLead a creative team of employees, contractors, and internsManage Heirloom's brand guide, content directory, and style guideCollect & analyze KPI to optimize the marketing content, timing, and channelsParticipate in agile project management standup meetingsCoordinate with the CTO, designers, and developersAssist the Customer Success Team as requiredAdvise Heirloom leadership continuouslySkillsProven 4+ years of success in digital marketing & SEOProven experience with creative software, Adobe Suite a plusProven experience with collaboration software, Google Workplace a plusProven experience with CRM software, HubSpot a plusProven experience using Google Analytics and other data analytical toolsAppreciation for guerilla marketing tactics and grassroots campaignsFlexibility to work on a rapidly evolving scheduleMinimum of a BS/BA in marketing, business, or a related fieldDetailsHybrid work location: The right mix of WFH, in-office, and some travel.Contract, full-time, and equity positions are considered.Benefits available for full-time employment.
