Inside Sales Representative

This Inside Sales Representative opportunity is a permanent opportunity with a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:

• Generating and prospecting new business through outbound calling (60 calls a day), emailing, lead follow-up, referrals, and targeted campaigns
• Building a sales pipeline and converting new prospects into customers
• Conducting discovery calls with prospective customers and understanding their needs
• Clearly communicate and sell the organizations value proposition
• Developing quotes and proposals and negotiating deals
• Upselling current customer accounts
• Utilizing a CRM to document the sales cycle

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or business development
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, sales pipeline management, and prospecting
• Experience working within a CRM platform
• Must be a strong negotiator and relationship builder
• Must be willing to be onsite in Franklin 3 days a week minimum
• Bachelor's degree is ideal
• Must be willing to travel occasionally

Compensation: Base plus uncapped commission
