Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and secure new client relationships, expanding the footprint across target mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and HR leaders to analyze talent acquisition challenges, map labor market dynamics, and architect tailored direct hire recruiting strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end direct hire recruitment pipeline from initial client intake and fee negotiation through talent delivery, onboarding, and post-placement retention tracking.
• Serve as the strategic single point of contact for key accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction scores through regular business reviews and proactive service expansions.
• Work closely with dedicated delivery teams, candidate sourcers, and cross-functional partners to ensure candidate quality aligns precisely with client technical and cultural requirements.
• Track industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to position Randstad as a trusted, expert workforce advisor.
