Focusing on improving procedural documentation for a contact center team, the contract Procedure Writer will work remotely to enhance the quality, consistency, and AI-readiness of existing documents while ensuring compliance with audit standards. Key Responsibilities Review and clean up existing procedures for clarity and consistency Restructure oversized documentation into distinct sections for required steps and best practices Ensure documentation meets audit readiness and compliance standards Required Qualifications Three years of experience developing organizational procedures A high school diploma or GED Strong understanding of documentation and process management Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and web browsers
