Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Case Manager RN – Days – 40 hours per week, no weekends. This role oversees guardianships, complex medical and placement services, and social situations. Average daily census: 15 cases daily. Patient diagnosis: inpatient case management providing and coordinating medical home care, placement, and social issue wrap‑around type services for safe discharges. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience; first‑time traveler with inpatient hospital/acute care experience is acceptable. EPIC charting preferred. RN license required (MD state). BLS preferred.
