Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team with the following schedule and responsibilities:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM, with coverage until 6 PM.
• Call Rotation: 1:4 to 1:6 weekend surgical call.
• Annual Cases: Approximately 1,100 cases, with 70% involving first assisting in the operating room.
• Work Environment: Hospital setting, including ICU and step-down units.
• Procedures: Heart transplants, VADs, and thoracoscopic MAZE procedures.
• Standard Valve Cases: Typically last between 2 to 2.5 hours.

Qualifications

• Certifications: ACLS certification is mandatory.
• Skills: Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH) is required; experience with endoscopic radial harvesting is preferred.

Compensation

The hourly pay ranges from $100.00 to $135.00 . These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other considerations. The rates provided are all-inclusive, combining base pay with potential additional earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay. For more specific information, please consult your recruiter.
