Operations Associate, Self-Clearing & Corporate Actions (Fully Remote)

Process corporate actions (splits, spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers) accurately and on time. Support clearance and settlement operations, including position reconciliation and asset servicing. Resolve data quality and booking issues across custody, trade, and cash ledgers. Requirements: Direct experience with corporate actions processing at a broker-dealer or clearing firm. Expertise with NSCC/DTC processes and double-entry booking methodology.
