Business Analyst 5Location: Dimondale, MI (Hybrid – Local Candidates Only) Duration: Long Term contract Interview Process: In-PersonWe are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst 5 to lead complex application initiatives and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires deep expertise in business analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with architects and development teams on large-scale projects.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsLead discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirementsAnalyze project data and provide insights to support decision-makingEvaluate build vs. buy solutions and modernization of legacy systemsEnsure software solutions are delivered on time and within scopeMentor junior business analysts and promote best practicesSupport integration and scalability of enterprise applicationsRequired Skills & Experience:12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst8+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical design documentsExpertise reviewing technical designs for quality and accuracyExperience with responsive, human-centered application designStrong knowledge of Agile/Hybrid SDLC methodologiesProficiency with process modeling and business analysis toolsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of enterprise systems integration and modern IT infrastructure Syntricate Technologies
