Director of HousekeepingWe are seeking an experienced, service-driven Director of Housekeeping to lead the housekeeping operations for a luxury South Beach property. This leadership position is responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for excellence, proven experience managing large housekeeping teams, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Direct all housekeeping operations across multiple luxury properties.Recruit, train, mentor, and develop housekeeping managers, supervisors, and team members.Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently exceed luxury brand standards.Develop and monitor departmental budgets, labor productivity, and operating expenses.Conduct regular inspections and implement quality assurance programs.Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships for housekeeping supplies and equipment.Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and service recovery opportunities.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.Multi-property or large resort experience preferred.Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of 100+ employees.Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.What We Offer:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off401(k)Career growth opportunities within a premier luxury hospitality portfolioA dynamic and collaborative work environment in the heart of South Beach
