We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community outreach programs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and organization of events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate communication with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials.
• Support the development and distribution of promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events.
• Manage event registration processes, including attendee tracking and data management.
• Provide on-site support during events to handle setup, registration, troubleshooting, and guest assistance.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to event planning and execution.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
